Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply.

In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:
 
Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund
30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50%
14  to 6 days prior to arrival 75%
5 days prior to arrival 100%
 
Please note that for Super Peak dates* (Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year & Holy week) there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.

* Super Peak Dates:
Christmas/New Year - December 22, 2011 - Jan 5,2012
Chinese New Year - January 23,2012 - February 6,2012
Holy Week - Mar 30, 2012 to April 8, 2012
Children below 7 years old are free of charge if staying in same bed with parents.  Eight years old and above are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.  For those traveling with infants, we have baby cots available.
